• Your are not a member of the Neopets.com Staff, nor you are working for them directly or indirectly as an employee and/or a representative.
  
  
• You will not display, exhibit, or provide Neopets.com with any content belonging to NeopianBank. If you provide any information regarding, relating, or belonging to NeopianBank directly or indirectly, you will pay the sum of USD$1,000,000 (One Million United States Dollars) in liquidated damages for each offense.

• The aim of this site is not to sell neopoints, items or pets; but to accumulate donations, for which we will reward the user with the item he/she has chosen Thus, this site cannot be held liable for breaking Neopets' Terms and Conditions.
  
  
• You take all the responsibility for any purchase you make on this site. Even though we do our best to avoid getting customers frozen, there is always a chance this will happen. For this reason, we cannot be held responsible for the loss of your account(s) since you are effectively breaking Neopets' Terms. No refunds will be made for freezing of any sort.
  
  
• Already transferred purchases cannot be refunded. This means that even if you get frozen after the purchase, if the neopoints have correctly been transferred we cannot refund your payment. This rule is enforced mostly because we can't know whether our customers are cheating on their own accounts or not, so we have no certainty it was just our fault.
  
  
• Refunds can only be made only in the case where we fail to meet our 48 hour delivery guarantee, and the item has not been sent.
