How do I make payments for the purchases ?


As long as you've a Credit Card, Debit Card, Master Card, Visa Card, American Express... or almost any card, you can make purchases here!

Will I get frozen for buying your Neopoints?


The short answer is: Probably Not. Unlike many other Neopoint selling sites, NeopianBank obtains its Neopoints legitly, just like any other Neopets player, through playing games, stock market, reselling etc. We do nothing illegit, and there's no reason for TNT to freeze us.

The longer answer is: yes, you can be frozen. But there is a very low chance. Buying / Selling Neopoints is a freezable offense in Neopets Terms and Condition, BUT there is no reason that TNT would find out, as the way we transfer the Neopoints is risk-free. So buying from us is safe.

What happens if I get frozen?


In this unfortunate and unprobable case that you get iced, we regret to say that we do not give any discounts. This is as we are unable to determine the real reason for the freezing, for example, you might have been posting on the boards, showing off your new wealth, or doing something out of the ordinary that attracts attention to you.

Any purchase at NeopianBank is a final purchase, for which no refunds will be made, under any circumstances. Placing an order for Neopoints, Items, or Accounts, indicates that you have read, and agree with the above statement.

How do I know this is not a scam?

  1. We're a legit group of veteran Neopets players, whose main aim is to help people quickly get Neopoints, if they're unable to devote time to the game. We're not here to scam anybody. If you want to give us a chance and test us out, you could always purchase the tester deal, only $0.80 for 100k Neopoints.
  2. We definitely would want you to return for future sales, and the only way to do that, is to provide you with good service.

Why aren't there any testimonials? Has anyone bought from you guys before?


We've had orders of over 30 million within the first week of NeopianBank being set up.

The reason as to why there are no testimonials, is because we feel that it is a very fake way of promoting our site. Other sites who have testimonials probably just made them up on their own, as there is no way to verify the authencity of these testimonals.

We do not need these testimonials to promote ourselves, as the customers whom have transacted with us before, know we are definitely trustworthy.

I'm looking for (specific item name), but it is not listed under item sales!


You are more than welcome us to contact us for any custom item that you require, but we do not have listed.

We will then send you an email regarding it's availbility (99% that we can get it), and inform you regarding payment details.

Argh, i do not want (item #1) anymore, i want (item #2) instead! Can I do a swap?


Definitely not. Every purchase made on NeopianBank is final, with no refunds being made. We see no reason why you'd want to make a refund / do an exchange, if you have carefully considered the item you wanted to purchase.

Make sure that the item you're going to purchase is the one you really want.

Why does it take so long to receive my Neopoints/Items/Accounts? You guys did not take this long previously.


Firstly, make sure that you have indeed completed payment. E-cheques take time to clear, and we will only deliver the Neopoints or Items when the Cheque clears.

If we took longer to reply you, or transact the Neopoints as compared to previously, it is possibly that on the previous occasion, you caught us at a good timing when we were online. Do not fret when we are unable to reply you or send you the Neopoints immediately, as you'd have to realise that we could be sleeping, at work, or simply busy earning more Neopoints for you!

Fret not, our 24 hour delivery time period still stands!

It has been longer than 24 hours! (panics)


Kindly check that you have indeed completed payment. If payment has been completed 24 hours ago, without yet receiving your Neopoints or Items, kindly prod us with an email and we will look into it.

If it's an oversight on our part, we will be giving you an additional 5% to what your purchase was! (rarely happens though)
